I received absolutely nothing at the Princess Kaiulani. The agent apologized for the resort fee - as he went over what it covered, and then I said that I thought that since most of these are already platinum amenities, that the hotel was offering an additional amenity. Apparently not, at least not yesterday. I didn't feel like pushing the point, as it was late.
