There are less baby bassinets in the front section (entire row 7 has bassinets vs only 1ACHK has bassinets and the front row of PY cabin has bassinets too). But row 4 is too close to the lav...I would pick row 3 myself. I haven't flown in this configuration myself but will try it for the first time in Dec too. I have 3A reserved on my flight but planning to switch to 1A which is blocked right now.
