I can reply to both questions.
First of all, the fare between N and Q is V. V is the cheapest fare eligible for 100% q-points, and for many promotions, in the new AA scheme of things. (Of course, L and N fares still earn 100% miles.)
Secondly, you can still get the fares in a list with Expedia's Fare Calendar at
http://www.expedia.com/pub/agent.dll...ftap&rfrr=-983
UPDATE: AARGH! Expedia seems to have killed Fare Calendar! That was an extremely useful site...

Travelocity still has one at
http://dps1.travelocity.com/lognlogi...tr_module=FARE but it doesn't display routings...
Booking a specific fare is a little harder, but you can often put a fare on hold at aa.com and then call the Web Services people to ask them to charge you extra... It wouldn't surprise me at all if AA started to make it a LOT easier for people to book V-and-up fares!
