The hotel in question is the Fairview Park Marriott in Falls Church, VA - a Marriott owned hotel.
The hotel indicated the lounge was closed mid-week during the Thanksgiving week and that they did not provide any breakfast coupons. Hence the reason for the thread.
The question is how do you get the $100?
I called Marrriott Plat Customer Service. The procedure is that the hotel is supposed to offer you breakfast, mid-week, when the lounge is closed. You do not need to remind them. If the hotel does not offer, then you should go to the hotel manager and request the $100.
If the hotel does not comply with the $100, then you call Marriott Customer Service and they have a procedure to follow to get you your $100.
