I'm not a lawyer (but I've retained a lot of them)

I read this in a bit of a state of disbelief. Hard to imagine what kind of lawyer is going to spend the time and effort to recover $3,000... hard to imagine...

but thanks to the internet, and google search, we don't have to imagine, but you may be surprised, as was I, to find out where plaintiff got his law degree
