I have no problems with the property choosing to close ON the holiday, but the weekdays before or after? They should be on the hook to provide benefits. If not, what's to stop them from declaring the week before Thankgiving through New Years Day to be a "Holiday" and no benefits offered?

Everyone will have their own opinion, but if a property tries this with me, it will be escalated, as it should be.
