SeatExpert shows them to be exactly the same width as the 747 and 767 seats. And as long as you're not built like an NLF lineman, that's plenty. (I'm by no means a small person, but have plenty of room.)

I wouldn't worry about passers-by bumping into you, but the person climbing over you to get out would be a bigger concer.
