We booked a vacation through Hawaiian Air. Turns out not really to be through Hawaiian Air. We booked a hotel room, car and flights. Our friends who live in Hawaii then offered for us to stay with them if we wanted to. Called HA who made us call some company. We were then told all but a few fees would be refundable, just not the air portion but that we could use those tickets any time in one years time. So......we bought new tickets thinking we could see our friends another time. Travelled, had fun, and called to rebook our flight. On no, yes we could use those tickets but the fee plus flight differential was so high we are now paying for another flight all over again. We have now paid what is the same as 3 flights. Don't use Hawaiian Air vacations. Any change, ask very clearly what the fees are. We were happy with the return of some money for the car and hotel but the exchange for the flight was ridiculous. We are paying $330 per person for our ticket exchange..............
