This is the Delta today, and have been like this for a while.
Somehow it is working and will continue to do so. IF you don't like the system, there are plenty of other carriers out there.

Actually I am finding more issues on people, who are demanding goods & services for free when they didn't pay for it. What kind of business model is that?
