I am a big fan of the PH. The rooms and suites are very comfortable, and I have always found the service to be excellent. I was impressed that the concierge and the bellstaff on the ground floor consistently greeted me by name even from day one of my first stay at the hotel.

That Korea Times fluff piece reads like a trip advisor review written by someone who has no experience staying at high-end hotels.
