The Budapest Keleti train station is pretty nice. Lots of food options if you want to take food on the train with you.

The Bucharest Nord train station is rather dim. There are some small restaurants and a McDonalds. Beware that when I was there a couple gentlemen tried to scam me and say I had to go outside the station to change money. The station has guards at the doors to prevent scam artists and the like from entering the station.
