I would look at the ANA forum and read about the ANA tool.
Also use CO or AC website and go segment by segment to see what is available.
Look at UA, set your profile to expert and you can see award availability (NF NC etc)
Lastly sign up for a free trial of expertflyer and try UA for awards - if you like it, get it long term and see the thread on KVS tool as well.
