Thanks for the help so far.

The problem is that I'm booked under 2 different PNRs. One for Air New Zealand (AKL - LAX) and one for Air Canada (LAX-YUL).

I tried to save a little $$$ by booking through an online site and messed up one of the tickets this way. I got the same PNR for the other one which I booked for my mother.
