As others pointed out, as you're ticketed on the same PNR, it won't matter in terms of misconnect etc. as you'll be protected.

Believe it or not, it's actually a very complicated matter to convert the ticket stock from the operating airline to the codeshare partner. They have separate inventories and the whole ticket needs to be recalculated as the prices are actually not always the same between codeshare and the operating partner.
