My flight leaves in less then 12 hours and I never got an email about upgrades at all. Even if there were no seats I still would have gotten "an upgrade is not available" but instead I got nothing.

At first I thought Chairman, Silver and 1 guest would be upgraded at my Chairman level. At the (7) day mark I sent an email asking about it and I got a response saying we would all be treated like (silver).

From what I can see I just skipped right through the upgrades the plane is now full and there were upgrades for the past few days. Her suggestion was to split the PNR into Chairmans and guest and solo silver but on an international flight the risk of getting split up isn't worth it.

I'm not mad at all as I usually travel alone and it's a "free" upgrade if your lucky enough to score one. The past year I bet I've scored 90% upgrades but it sure would have been nice flying to PVR in First Class but I guess a trip in the back will only make me welcome an upgrade the next time!

In January I got a trip in the new envoy suite from PHL-CDG and I'm super excited about that!
