My favorite was on a NRT-PDX flight, the coffee pot wasn't secured and spilled all over the galley and into BE. Luckily nobody was in the bulkhead and could have burned them as it was steaming all over. I was sound asleep when i was awoken by that on take-off but i quickly feel back asleep until the FA woke me up wondering if I was joining for dinner errrr...
