As long as nobody was injured and the plane or any other property wasn't damaged or destroyed, I don't see any reason to make a deal with it. Yes, maybe the door wasn't secured 100% or one of the FAs forgot to check that off. Everyone forgets things. Take minor disciplinary action against the FAs if he/she/they are at blame.
