I looked on Lufhtansa.com and I seem to read that you have to be at least *G (2P) status to gain access to their Lufthansa lounges.
You need to have *G status to access the business/SEN lounges. The only exception is that M&M FTL (*S) get access to LH/LX/OS operated business class lounges.

P.S. I think you got the status levels wrong:
UA 1K and 1P = *G
2P and 3P = *S
