This is very normal. TA's don't necessarily use the same GDS software as the airlines.

In your case, your TA uses the Galileo GDS, whereas QF and BA use Amadeus.

The GDS's talk to each other, yet will set up different PRNs for the record, therefore it is normal for the Galileo PNR set up by the TA, to be different to the one which gets used by QF and BA. Note that the PNR for BA and QF will be identical as they use the same GDS.

Don't worry about the ticket numbers not being shown via the web, although do keep a record of these separately for your own security. It's fairly common for the eticket numbers to not be shown for bookings made via a different GDS.
