OTish - mismatch between BA, Qantas and Travel Agent PNR

Hi All,

I'm hoping that one of you lovely people is going to be able to set my mind at ease here...

I've got a flight booked (with my partner) through a travel agency, LHR - SIN on QF, returning BKK - LHR with a BA codeshare. As a result, there's effectively three different PNRs for the booking, the TA's, BA's and QF's.

When I look at the TA's PNR in ViewTrip, it has been ticketed for both of us. When I check Qantas's PNR in CheckMyTrip, only the ticket number for me is shown - my partner appears to be unticketed.
When I check BA's PNR on ba.com or on CheckMyTrip, no ticket numbers are shown.

Should I be worried?

I don't want to turn up at the airport at 10pm on Christmas Eve to discover there's a problem!
