Funny you say that. We flew the QF SYD-SIN leg at the nose of 747 - it was configured as F but sold as 2-class. I changed in mine under blanket at my 1A seat. No problemo, though the PJ was way too big for a 5'6 lady.
They handed out the same PJ on the LAX-AKL leg also.
