Are printer cartridges still going to be allowed as commercial cargo? If I buy a printer cartridge and have it shipped via air, will the commercial company I buy it from be allowed to load it into the hold?

I mean, it's great that passengers are going to be prohibited from bringing these dangerous and potentially lethal items on-board, but the recent threat wasn't FROM a passenger attempt, this was commercial cargo that goes unscreened.

Do they even think at the TSA, or is that against the rules, somehow?
