OneWorld lounge search page shows three lounges, none AA: Dragonair/Cathay Pacific; a BGS First and Business Class Lounge for Finnair and Japan Airlines; and an Air China First and Business Class Lounge (which says it is operated by a third party on behalf of British Airways).
Update: A Google search turned up a
page on aa.com saying they use the Dragonair/Cathay lounge, at gate E20. AA 186 left from E30 today, per EF. No idea how far this is.
The Cathay Pacific lounge is pretty close to E20, the gate that AA flies out of, maybe a 2-3 minute walk. You have to take an elevator up one floor and it is easy to miss it, since that part of the terminal is barren and dark in the early hours of the morning.
If you need wifi access, ask at the lounge check-in desk and they will give you a login id and password. As for food, they have dim sum, pastries, cappuccino, cereal and the basics. They will make an announcement when your AA flight is ready to board.
