I concur with BAAZ. Wouldn't chance it as if they won't let you be a transfer pax and by-passing passport control then you're in for a long wait to enter the county. Another long wait to exit the country, passport control and screening again.

This was based on my experiences last year and a single connecting flight, Morocco to Libya via TUN 2.5 years ago.
