There are two challenges at this hotel, most everyone agrees:

1. It is hard to figure out the lifts.

2. It is hard to figure out the light switch setup in the rooms.

Other than those minor annoyances, however, this is a really excellent hotel. I don't know what that Korea Times guy was smoking!
