I don't agree with the Korea Times review at all. PH Seoul is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I like everything that the reviewer hates. Maybe PH is just too modern for the reviewer's taste, but not for me.
There are things about the PH written in the article that I DO agree with and that I have seen other guests have trouble with:
1) It REALLY isn't clear which elevator goes where.
2) Not having restrooms on the check-in lobby level is pretty stupid IMHO. I could understand it if it was an old building in London or Philadelphia, but in a brand new building...it just doesn't make sense.
