For those who aren't aware (hard to imagine any at this point in the thread ), Hilton will certainly take the points in your account because it helps them w/ their on-the-books liability. They may or may not send you a notice in advance giving you a heads up. If you've got a lot of points it would behoove you to track your 12 months. If you don't have that many you may not care. However, odds are w/ Hilton they'll also delete your account, which I think the majority of us agree is pretty stoo-pid, and which may cause folk to just book w/ chains that have kept their accounts alive, even if they took the points.
