Very true-- AND, they "read" the pax so well. The stiff business types get very formal, elegant service but if you smile and laugh with them initially they will be really fun and silly with you-- 'specially in a sparsely-populated F-cabin. They can be a real laughing, smiling, joking bunch-- and a real pleasure on a long trip, or, they'll just give you prompt, professional service. S'up to you.
