I prefer that the F/A refers to the manifest and uses a combination of Admirals Club status to address me as follows:

"Elite Admiral HKG_Flyer1" - for an EXP with Admirals Club membership

"Elite Sir HKG_Flyer1" for an EXP with no Admirals Club membership

"Platinum Admiral"
"Platinum Sir"
etc., etc.

Non-status pax should be referred to as Mr., Ms., etc.

In all seriousness, I prefer to be addressed by my last name. If I want to be addressed by my first name, I'll let the person know.

The biggest positive is when the person remembers my name and uses it later in the flight.
