How to address F passengers

While we're on the topic of consistency, how do you prefer to be addressed by by FA's.

Sometimes, the FA's come through the cabin (on meal service flights) with their seating chart and verify your name. Sometimes the FA's verify whether I am Mr. "Jones" other times they verify whether I am "Bob."

I prefer Mr. Jones, but then I often allow co-workers to call me by first name, Colonel, or to use a nickname, Sir.

Is there a consensus on whether the FA's should use Bob or Mr. Jones?
Is there a policy?

Of course, consistency can only help the premium product.
