Friends,

I have about 67,000 starwood points and want to book a round-trip from Shanghai to Boston area for a friend. What is the best airline to transfer these points to? I assume Delta is out; they almost always request 120,000 points these days. Continental and United out because of the 1:2 ratio.

Air China?
ANA? but does ANA let me purchase tickets for friends?
