A little punctuation goes a long way.
The only difference between the AC luggage tags and any other ones is that they request that anyone who finds the bag return it to the neareast AC (where one would hope they'd try to track down its owner). If having these snazzy black tags and the return-to-AC service is worth $10 to you, go for it.
