Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes (priority lane on one side of check-in counters), but completely inefficient. The GA was pulling exec class people from the back of the line and bringing them up to the front (i.e. in front of other exec class people in the same line). Why??? If she thought there were non-exec class in the priority lane, she could have just checked boarding passes of the people in line and removed anyone who didn't belong.

It would be nice if the FAs could take the menu order before take off (I believe it's the policy, but it's not consistently enforced). I wanted to request the Express menu option (to get my meal later in the flight), but was asleep by the time they came around (in the air) to take orders. So, they had cooked all the meals at the beginning and they were no longer fit-to-eat when I woke up later and wanted to get a meal. But, I will add that the FA that I spoke with was very accommodating and she managed to scrounge up a decent meal for me (made up of appetizers, rolls, cheese, etc..).
