But, has someone not said that if you refuse the private screening, you will have refused to complete the process, and you will be escorted out?

That is not a option. That is coercion. I will insist on the public screening, but I probably neither get the screening nor will I get to fly that day.

If eyecue is correct, these are rare and I will never know. I am not quite sure of that.

My only other question, lawyers only please, should I go ahead and retain one and let him know, or do I just wait until they have caused the monetary damage?
