I'll just say this:
This will be the second straight year I've eshewed flying in favor of the train.
Buying tickets for next summer at the same time this year as last year, for travel at the same time as last year.
For those who are unaware, Amtrak (like the airlines) uses fare bucket pricing - the more seats/rooms already gone, the higher the price.
And the prices this year, are a LOT higher.
Wonder what that means?
