I'm seriously considering having an attorney colleague put something on letterhead for me that I can fill out before I fly with dates/airport/flight information demanding that any and all security videos related to my transit be preserved and copies provided, and I'll hand them off to an STSO and the airport manager if I get flagged into the 'enhanced pat down'. Then if they destroy the tapes, there could be a potential cause of action for spoliation of evidence.
