I have had no problems with Cap One No Hassle Cash. I got it for FOREX. Lately it has replaced Discover in my wallet for vendors that don't take AMEX. 1.25% vs. < 1% for Discover. Discover used to be my no-AMEX choice, but lately they've diluted their rewards.
