judolphin & skiadcock, let me make one attempt to bring this pointless discussion to an end....you are both right, what hilton does is extremely stupid & at the end of the day they lose out on customers & hence lose out on a lot of business....it would be ideal if they stopped doing this....

if this happened to me then i would be extremely angry with the situation as well but i would not blame them for doing so since they are simply following the rules of their program....i always make it a point to read the t&c of anything before i agree to signing up so i will only have myself to blame if my account was deleted as per the t&c of the program....i guess its the lawyer in me that makes this stand....

if i said anything that offended either one of you then i am sorry about that & i see no sense in continuing with this never ending discussion....we are all pretty much saying the same thing, which is that hilton is very stupid for doing something like this....
