I don't mean to be nitpicky here, but I don't think I've ever seen *service* start from the back. FEBO means they ask for meal preferences starting in the back on an odd-numbered flight, but when it comes to actually serving the stuff, I think they still go from front to back.
Not particularly important unless you were hoping to be fed first, or unless someone messed up their math and mis-counted the choices. (One time I was in the last row of F on an odd-numbered flight, and despite being first to pick what turned out to be a popular choice that night, by the time they worked their way back through the cabin with the meal service and got to me, they discovered that they were one short of my choice, and they hoped I wouldn't mind that they had to substitute the liver-and-okra platter instead of the steak..)
