I've had to fly on this A/C for my DEN-HI flights....am grateful for the very easy UDU...but the limited legroom is driving me crazy!! Sometimes I feel legroom in coach might be better.

Two equipment boxes partially block either side with a space in the middle...if I want to stretch my legs I have to be at an angle which is not very comfortable.

Could not agree more! They are for the equipment Friedly Skies mentions, but it is incredible to me that FC has less leg room for at least one leg depending on your seat in Economy. This drives me nuts. And when I am on the aisle and someone on the window tries to put a carry on in the middle (which falls disproportionately on the aisle seat....a confrontation ensues as I find this ever more unacceptable. I have a small laptop bag and it doesn't even fit in the space on the aisle seats in most UA FC cabins. Absolutely BRUTAL.
