Although I suspect there's some mild-to-moderate embellishment going on, I think the major problem is one of omission: she completely omitted the description of what she did to lead to these actions being taken. And I agree with the characterizations of Broward County law enforcement.
She likely DID "Act up" and throw a ton of attitude and sass their way. But the fact of the matter is, it doesn't matter if she said or did something to "provoke" their behavior.
These are
allegedly TRAINED PROFESSIONALS, who should be able to take whatever pithy comments and comebacks and behavior a passenger (read: CUSTOMER) throws their way professionally.
Look at the palace guards in London. Can you see one of
THEM decking a smart-mouthed American tourist and saying to his superior "She called me names and made faces" as a legitimate excuse? I. Think. Not.
