The reward was 25k miles, plus $44 in taxes and a $75 fee. When I canceled the ticket, it only listed that the miles and $44 would be refunded. It looks like they are keeping the $75 for themselves. The refund status isn't showing up on CO.com yet. I guess I need to give them a call.
