I bought a ticket through Lufthansa's website and the return home is codeshared with United on actual United metal. It's a Q fare - is this upgradable through miles or SWU?

KBP-FRA = LH
FRA-IAD = UA
IAD-BOS = UA

I was able to call United and get UA's booking code and select my E+ seats, but didn't know if this was SWUable?
