Kind of a related question... can the UA gate agents print a white checked baggage tag? I'm thinking I might have a need to bring a carryon through security and then check it to avoid having to get it back during a connection. I would feel better about having a system generated baggage label rather than a hand written one.
Not as far as I am aware. Besides the fact that it will be within 30 minutes of departure, and thus unable to issue the bag tag, no Gates have ABT Printers.
