Where to go? It's a huge area to choose from. A few personal favourites:

Cairo - amazing city and history, plus the Pyramids. The rest of Egypt is pretty good too
Beirut - glamorous seaside city, great food and nightlife
Syris - fascinating country, spectacular ruins from the Romans through to the Crusaders
Jordan - Petra is a must see, great walking around the site
Nepal - you can't get there on OW, but you can pick up a flight from Delhi. Beautiful mountains, great outdoor activities

I've not seen that much of India, but you could spend a lifetime there. One place on the upcoming for me list is Oman.

For Cairo, Beirut and Syria, Y would be fine. Any further and I would think about J.
