It's only served by AA/Eagle (as best I recall) but Roswell, NM is an aircraft graveyard. Midway has a lot of GA traffic as well as the airlines, but that's probably harder to do on *A.

ANC is worth the trip for spotting - but can be a tough weekend jaunt. Since you need segments, distance isn't that important - maybe MIA, FLL, or San Juan that have some of the Caribbean freight operations?
