Why won't my phone work in JFK Airport?
You're not alone...

My carrier is AT&T and almost every time I am inside security and at one of the UA gates at JFK, I get no service and no "mobile internet" access (yes, I have a "dumb/non-smart" phone but it's an unlocked quadband and it is a workhorse [except at UA-JFK ])
