Domestic, with the same equipment turning around, it should be no problem as long as you can get your return boarding pass(es) at the start of the trip.

International, not a chance! Even if it were the same equipment turning around, you would not have time to clear border controls, check in, go back through exit controls (if applicable) and security, and prepare to board.
