You get the qualifying miles if you fly with an AA flight number. If its a CX number then you must book a B,Y or H class to get the miles. I think they also mentioned if you book H class you don't get the full miles as well. I basically got my answer. Thanks
Those are the basic earning rules. If you are going for the 2xEQM / 3x RDM promo (that is the topic of this thread) you do not earn the bonus miles on the codeshare flights.
