Thank´s! There is an "English" and "German" button in the upper right corner, which was helpful. Anyhow, I can only references to IVB, delays etc., but no mention of involuntary downgrades, or am I missing something on that website?
I guess Switzerland following EU reg. 261/2004 means that they follow all articles and the website is just giving some examples.
